We Believe
Access to food is a human right
Feeding Champlain Valley works to alleviate hunger by feeding people & cultivating opportunities. Our services include education and training, grocery distribution, meal production, food rescue, deliveries to homes and food access sites, an online market, food kiosks, and a food truck.
We are a proud program of the Champlain Valley Office of Economic Opportunity (CVOEO), a non-profit serving Addison, Chittenden, Franklin, and Grand Isle Counties.

Our culinary team is cooking up a feast today! Charlie, our Food Truck and Meal Production Supervisor, prepared a succulent and delicious slow-roasted venison for our guests. This roast was seasoned with a healthy combination of:
🧂Salt & Pepper
🌶️Paprika
🧄Garlic Powder
🫙Vinegar
We spoke with Charlie about the significance of providing high-protein foods to support our community.
“It’s hugely important to provide a clean source of protein; vegan or otherwise. Protein plays a critical role in maintaining good nutrition, supporting overall health, and ensuring that our community members have the energy and nutrients they need.”
Check out our feature in WCAX about our on-going mission to alleviate hunger and food insecurity for Vermonters. As we celebrate 50 years as a Burlington institution, our goal remains strong: expanding access to food throughout the Champlain Valley to ensure everyone can enjoy healthy, nutritious, and diverse food choices. You can learn more about our on-going mission into the new year in our linktree.
We were thrilled to receive 630 lbs of food from their generous holiday food drive.
Their support not only made our celebration special but also helped us give back to those in need this holiday season. Huge thanks to Spare Time Entertainment for hosting us and for their incredible contribution to our community! 🎉🎳❤️
Paul, a volunteer at our Burlington Food Shelf, recently donated 150 gloves to the Community Resource Center, another CVOEO program housed within our Food Access Center. The Community Resource Center provides supplies to community members such as winter clothing, hygiene products, and hot meals and drinks at our Burlington location.
We would like to thank Paul and R.U Outside Apparel for their generous contributions over the holiday season.
